The whole diet basically involves “tricking” your metabolism into thinking that you are eating alot, when in actual fact you are not. This makes your metabolism burn fat and calories at a massive rate so that you lose weight very quickly indeed. This is a great choice for many dieters who are looking for easy diets to follow becuase they give you an already made weight loss plan to follow. They also provide you with an additional book that includes quick weight loss tips.
